Commercial Partnerships

Having rejoined the firm in February of 2025, Josh is focused on sponsorship sales and strategy for SMN’s property rights holders, along with new business development within the firm’s sports consultation practice. Josh is also involved in the acquisition and servicing of endorsements and personal service agreements for SMN’s individual clients.

Before returning to SMN, Josh was a key leader on the Sponsorship and Partnerships team at UTR Sports, where he drove sponsorship acquisition, activation, and partnership marketing strategies. He also oversaw the planning, execution, and performance measurement of client programs and campaigns.

Previously, on the Global Partnerships team at Aggregate Sports, Josh was a key contributor on global marketing and sales initiatives for Olympic clients, including U.S. Ski and Snowboard, USA Gymnastics, and USA Skating. His experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Business Development for the United States Olympic Committee, where he played a pivotal role in sales and marketing strategy development.

With over 15 years of experience in commercial business development within the sports marketing industry, Josh brings a proven track record of driving revenue, securing high-profile sponsorships, and leading strategic partnerships across global sports properties. Josh has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Bowling Green State University, as well as a Master of Science in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University.
